Do I need any breathwork experience to join?

Not at all. BREATH CLUB is beginner-friendly and fully guided. Whether it’s your first breathwork session or your hundredth, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

How long are the sessions and when do they happen?

Each live session is about 30 minutes long and held weekly on Zoom. You'll receive a reminder with the exact time and link after you sign up.

What kind of breathwork do we practice?

We use a mix of intentional breath patterns—including circular connected breathing, conscious holds, and nervous system regulation techniques. Every session is curated to meet the emotional and energetic needs of the group.

What do I need to participate?
