Breathwork Journey: Empowering Professionals through Somatic Breathwork and Trauma Release

This immersive and transformative breathwork journey experience is exclusively designed for busy professionals. Led by renowned Somatic Breathwork and trauma-informed facilitator, Sam Kabert, this session aims to regulate the nervous system, relieve stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, and ultimately enhance vitality and mental well-being.

During this experiential workshop, participants will embark on a profound inward journey, guided by Sam Kabert’s expertise in Somatic Breathwork and trauma release techniques. 

Somatic Breathwork combines conscious breathwork with somatic awareness, enabling individuals to tap into their body’s innate wisdom and release stored tension and trauma. This unique approach facilitates deep healing, emotional release, and a renewed sense of well-being.

Creating a Safe and Trauma-Informed Space: Learn about trauma-informed practices and the importance of creating a safe container for participants to navigate their inner landscape. Sam Kabert will guide professionals in establishing an atmosphere of trust and safety, allowing for deep exploration and healing.

Guided Breathwork Sessions: Engage in a series of guided breathwork sessions carefully curated by Sam Kabert. Through specific breathing techniques, HR professionals will delve into their inner world, accessing suppressed emotions, and releasing accumulated stress, anxiety, and trauma.

What to Know Before Doing breathwork

Breathwork journeys are an embodiment experience. It takes you out of your thinking mind and into your body’s electrical network. It lets you release unneeded energy within this network caused by repeating thoughts, feelings, and old narratives by discharging it out through your body.

Your nervous system is the electrical network of your being. Over time, unresolved trauma or chronic stress causes dis-regulation of this network. When dis-regulated, difficulties in your personal or professional life arise. When you heal trauma and stress, you heal the electrical network of your nervous system. When you heal the nervous system, you heal the emotional self so your authentic self can emerge.

 This breathwork journey experience employs circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic emotional release. This release may be in the form of moving, shaking, yelling, crying, or laughing. Using the breath, you will engage your innate ability to heal and sweep out any defenses, blockages, restrictions, or pains that hold you back from who you are and how you want to show up in this world.

During our time together, I’ll be taking you through a 45 minute Breathwork journey.
