2. The Breathwork Journey (Advanced – for Early Adopters)

This is our deep dive for “early adopters” as many people believe that “breathwork” is similar to how yoga grew in popularity in the early 2000’s.

In this package, you will experience a “Breathwork Journey”:

This is a 30 - 60 Minute journey with just you and your breath.

You’ll learn the basics of breathwork and the breathing technique we’ll be using.

You’ll be guided every step of the way and encouraged to allow yourself to feel stored and stuck emotions (energies & traumas) in the body allow them to pass through you.

We start with intention-setting, the “main event” is a cathartic “trauma style release” breathing technique, leading into a restful time to process and finally a sharing circle to process what you’ve experienced so that you can make positive changes in your life.

Option 1: The 6-Step B.R.E.A.T.H. Experience

This experience is something I’ve been teaching for the past few years through which started in my yoga classes, morphed into breathwork classes, group programs, and 1:1 clients. It’s the most accessible breathwork you’ll come across and the focus is to give you tools that you can use every day to enhance your well-being, feel more alive in your body, bring a natural smile to your face all while relieving stress and anxiety! I lead with this option because it’s simple and effective and easy to remember and use in your daily life.

Every single event I host is 100% custom! If it’s your first time working with me, 60 to 75 minutes is a good introduction. For those repeating, we can drop in and go through the practice in as quick as 15-30 minutes to see positive effects! AND for those wanting to expand the experience, this can be stretched to a 2-3 hour experience.

Option #2: The Breathwork Journey (Advanced – for Early Adopters)

This is a deep and cathartic journey to address trauma that’s been stored in the body for years. This route is not for the faint of heart, it’s called breathwork because it is work. You’ll be guided in a safe and nurturing environment to express an array of emotions of grief, sadness, anger, joy and really whatever it is your body is craving.

THE GOAL: RELEASE Stuck Energies, Stored Traumas, Clear Out Blocks & Allow Space for New Growth, Expansion & Vitality!

This is also a 100% customizable experience and can be shortened to just 30 minutes for past groups whereas new groups require a 60-75 minute time slot. The sweet spot we’ve found is about 2-3 hours. Additionally, this is great for teams to connect on Zoom to drop-in for a 30 minute repeat slot with a 5 minute introduction, 15 minute “mini experience” and closing it out with a 10 minute closing.
